1. What minclick provides
minclick provides tools for recording poker sessions and hands, viewing statistics, managing bankroll and home-game ledger information, exporting data, optionally synchronizing private data across devices, collaborating on invited home-game ledgers, and sharing selected session summaries with accepted friends.
minclick does not operate poker games, take wagers, hold or transfer player funds, settle debts, process gambling payments, or guarantee compliance with gambling, tax, accounting, or other laws. All logs, statistics, recognition results, ledger calculations, and settlement suggestions are informational tools only.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and use the app where you live. You are responsible for complying with venue rules and all applicable laws, including rules concerning recording devices, cameras, gambling, taxes, privacy, and payments between players.
3. Your account
Community features require an account and a valid email address. Keep your credentials secure and notify support if you believe the account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Usernames and display names must not impersonate others, violate rights, or mislead users. minclick may restrict or remove accounts or content when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
4. Your data and backups
Core records are stored locally. You are responsible for maintaining device access and backups. Data can be lost through device failure, uninstalling the app, operating-system actions, accidental deletion, or an invalid import.
Use the app's validated JSON backup and restore tools when appropriate, or explicitly upload the single private cloud backup available to a signed-in account.
Automatic multi-device sync is a separate, optional feature. It is off by default, can pause when device and cloud versions differ, and asks before replacing either copy. Neither manual backup nor automatic sync guarantees against loss. Review every restore or conflict choice before replacing data. Disabling sync unlinks that device but does not necessarily delete the cloud copy.
Deleting a community account and erasing local app data are separate actions. Review the Privacy Policy before deleting either.
5. Community content
You keep ownership of content you create. When you explicitly share a session or post a caption or comment, you give minclick a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the private friend feed and related features. You can unshare your session posts and delete comments when the app permits it.
Do not post illegal, abusive, threatening, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive, or malicious content. Do not expose another person's private financial, location, card, or identifying information without permission. Do not scrape, probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or misuse reports or friend requests.
Community controls reduce visibility but cannot prevent friends from taking screenshots or making copies outside minclick. Share only information you are comfortable giving to each accepted friend.

6. Paid subscriptions
minclick may offer optional auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period, trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms shown by the applicable store at purchase control. Payment is charged to your store account, and the subscription renews unless canceled through that store before its renewal deadline.
You can restore eligible purchases in the app and manage or cancel a subscription through the store where it was purchased. Deleting the app or a minclick account does not cancel the subscription. Refunds, taxes, billing disputes, family sharing, and store-account eligibility are governed by the applicable store's rules. RevenueCat validates purchases and reports entitlement status; it does not process poker payments or transfers between players.
Paid features remain available only while the store and RevenueCat report an active entitlement, subject to reasonable offline caching. Core local logging, reports, and exports remain available without a paid subscription. Paid feature scope and future prices may change for future billing periods where the store and applicable law permit, with required notice or consent.
7. Home-game ledgers and financial information
The home-game ledger records amounts entered by users and can calculate balances or settlement suggestions. A ledger owner may explicitly invite other signed-in users to view or edit a shared ledger. Members must verify who has access, review changes and conflicts, and remove access when appropriate.
minclick does not verify cash, chips, transfers, player identities, member authority, or payment completion. The banker and players must review every entry and resolve discrepancies themselves.
minclick is not a bank, escrow service, money transmitter, accountant, tax adviser, or payment processor.
8. Camera and card recognition
Camera guides, card labels, and any recognition output can be wrong. Confirm cards and hand records before relying on them. You are responsible for obtaining permission to use a camera and for ensuring that its placement and use comply with venue rules and applicable law.
9. Availability and changes
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Account, sync, community, notification, collaboration, and subscription features depend on Supabase, RevenueCat, app stores, email delivery, network access, and platform services. minclick may release updates needed for security, compatibility, or legal compliance.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, minclick is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that records, calculations, imports, exports, recognition, community access, or availability will be accurate, complete, secure, or uninterrupted.
Nothing in the app is legal, tax, gambling, accounting, investment, or financial advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the minclick operator and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, gambling losses, payment disputes, or losses arising from inaccurate records or settlement calculations. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app, unshare posts, delete your account, or erase local data. minclick may suspend community access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, legal requirements, or harm to users.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
